Wednesday 3/21: Rest

Friday 3/23: Rest
Saturday 3/24: Rest
Sunday 3/25: C25K W5D3

Goals:
1. No alcohol Monday-Thursday.
2. Walk dog AT LEAST 4 times for 15 minutes.
3. Lose 2 lbs.
